Fine Art Session Pricing
What does a Fine Art photo session cost?
Your fine art photography experience is custom-tailored to capture the moments that matter most to you. The session fee is due at booking to secure your session date. You will choose and pay for your images, prints, and products separately at your ordering appointment 1-2 weeks after your session.
The session fee is $250 to reserve your session and covers all the planning and preparation. All digital images and professional prints and products are available a la carte, giving you the flexibility to choose what fits your family’s needs. Most clients spend $1,250 or more and walk away with breathtaking images and timeless printed artwork they’ll cherish forever.

What’s Included in Your Experience
Your fine art session is so much more than just another photoshoot—it’s a full-service experience designed to make everything effortless for you and your little ones. Here is what you can expect when you book a fine art session:
- Prep & Planning Support: After booking, we will work together to craft a session that brings out the playfulness and beauty of childhood, ensuring that your session is perfectly tailored to your vision and guaranteed to produce beautiful works of art featuring your loved ones.
- Complimentary Access to the Client Closet and Tailored Styling Advice: We will carefully plan the outfit or outfits for your fine art session using pieces from my curated client closet or source pieces from your own closet or identify and select the perfect new pieces to be purchased for your session in order to bring everything together in perfect harmony.
- Your Session Day: Your date and time are reserved on my calendar, giving you peace of mind and a stress-free experience.
After your session, we will schedule the date and time for your ordering appointment. Between your session date and the ordering appointment, I will fully edit a select few of your images so that you can get a taste of what the finished images will look like. You'll also be shown a proof gallery of lightly edited images to choose any additional photos you wish to have fully edited in the fine art style. Together we will select your final images and order any custom artwork and gifts. After your order is finalized, I will fully edit all of the selected images and deliver your selections in a few weeks. See what's available to order below!

Fine Art Session Pricing FAQ
Does the session fee go towards the price of the pacakges?
No. The session fee only reserves your session on my calendar and covers the planning and prep for the session.
Is the session fee refundable?
The session fee acts as a retainer required to hold your date and time in my calendar and covers all the planning and preparation for your session and as such is non-refundable. I've intentionally kept the session fee low to only cover my time spent planning and executing your session. That way, in the unlikely event you're unhappy with your finished photos, you've not paid for anything more than what you've received.
What is the fine art editing style?
The fine art editing style is a painterly, artistic approach to retouching that transforms a photo into a timeless work of art. It involves meticulous attention to detail and careful adjustments to lighting, color tones, and texture to create depth and mood. The end result is a refined retouched image that enhances the subject while maintaining a classic, elegant feel.
When will we get our photos?
You will first see your photos at your ordering appointment. A few select images will be fully edited and the rest will be lightly edited. You will choose your final images to be finished in the fine art style. Any digital products you order will be delivered within 24 hours and any physical products you order will be delivered to you upon completion within several weeks.
How many images will you show?
It depends on a number of factors such as how many subjects, how many outits or set ups, and how photogenic your child is. I will cull the images from the session down to the best of the best and select a few favorites to edit fully before you see them at our ordering appointment.
Where do you photograph?
Primarily Chattanooga but I also travel to Atlanta for clients located there. We will select the best local location for the look and feel you want for your session. I can also come to your home for photos, indoor or outdoor, or I have a small studio set up in my home (Rossville, GA) if you prefer to come to me.
How much retouching is included?
I remove all distractions from the background and carefully edit details such as facial features to craft the perfect image. The fine art style is characterized by smoothed skin and a soft, painterly look.
What if we need to reschedule?
If your session needs to be rescheduled due to the weather, there is no penalty. In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule your session for any personal reason, there is no penalty. If your session needs to be rescheduled for any other reason, including sickness, your retainer allows you to reschedule your session date and time once. If you must reschedule more than once or skip your session without 24-hour notice, the original retainer is forfeit and there is a $100 fee to reschedule. I ask that you provide a minimum of 24-hours notice when possible if you need to reschedule.
How do you accept payment?
I will send an electronic invoice for all payments. The invoice allows for payments through card or bank transfer.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, please contact me if this is something you need and we will work out the details together.
Do you travel?
I am primarily a Chattanooga photographer and also serve the immediate surrounding areas but I'm not opposed to traveling further for your photos. Send me a message if you'd like photos further away from Chattanooga and I will see what we can do. There may be an additional travel fee.
Do you do families in the fine art style?
While my primary focus is children's fine art photography, I can also create a family fine art gallery for you. Please let me know if you would prefer a family fine art session so that we can discuss the details and make sure it is a good fit.
I still have more questions
No worries! Just send me a message through my website and I'll get back to you ASAP. We can email, text, or even hop on a quick phone call - whatever you need to ask your question and feel comfortable with the answer.
